Criminal Record: A criminal record in one of the countries in which you have resided in the past 2 years could be a problem.
Professional Competence: University diploma related to your professional activity or have 3 years of verifiable professional experience.
Health Insurance: Public or private health insurance with coverage in Spain is required.
Remote Work: The work must necessarily be remote.
Professional Relationship: You must have worked for at least 3 months for a non-Spanish company that has existed for at least 1 year prior to the application.
Financial Means: It is necessary to demonstrate that your gross annual income amounts to at least €31,752 per year, which is €2,646 per month.
How to apply for this popular Visa
There are two ways to apply for this authorization:
From your country of origin through the territorially competent Consular Office. In this case, a visa valid for 1 year will be granted, which must be modified to the corresponding residence permit once you enter Spain.
While in Spain as a tourist. In this case, the duration of the residence authorization will be directly for 3 years, so you skip a step in this case. Here, the application is directed to the UGE.
